Chatter Cloud UX Design

Chatter Cloud is an emerging social media scheduling tool. They needed branding and site design that would appeal to modern content marketers with a focus on intuitive user experience.

I created branding, a contemporary site design, and approachable user interface. Using directional lines, I guide the audience throughout the site. Large buttons, icons, and simple navigation make the site engaging and user-friendly. The full prototype was created through Adobe XD to show interaction between multiple pages. The website and client interface designs were well received and are ready for further development.

Food Truck UX/Web Design

The Happy Cactus is an urban food truck serving MSP. After amassing a loyal social media following, they sought updated branding and a mobile-friendly website to drive new customers to them.

Their original website spanned multiple pages and their copy was devoid of the brand’s loud personality. I created a mobile-first, single page design, knowing that their customers would be viewing it on the go. I created hand-drawn elements and cheeky copy to engage their customers and bring personality to their site. I developed it in Wordpress, allowing them to easily update their content over time.

Colour Couture Website

Colour Couture is a fashion-forward nail lacquer company. They needed an online storefront and an app-like tool enabling users to virtually try on colors, with adjustable skin colors to suit their broad audience of women worldwide.

Our team collaborated to create an elegant logo and website. As the UI Designer I created wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes in Axure that were passed to the development team. I continued to collaborate throughout development by assisting with copywriting and finding solutions for design issues in development. The completed site exceeded our client’s expectations and met their needs.

Wedding Suite + Website

Creating the print materials, branding, and website for my wedding was a dream project. Our goal was to create simple collateral that communicated effectively and set an organic, casual tone for our day.

I began by creating a fun color scheme and a minimal mark that was used throughout the materials. Our save the dates and invitations included hand-drawn elements. I designed and developed a responsive website to share information with our guests and collect RSVP’s. I further carried our branding throughout programs, menus, maps, and other day-of materials. FLEUR Rebrand & Website

FLEUR is a boutique floral shop in Edina, MN. They want to stand out from other florists and develop community through DIY workshops.

Their original name and branding—Dusty Miller—felt soft and outdated. I created new branding to elevate their boutique and showcase their contemporary style. The website design features a split static design and beautiful floral imagery (sourced through Unsplash). I developed the site using Bootstrap framework for responsiveness and meticulously customized with CSS for a unique look.
